From within Settings > Integrations > Salesforce, there are a number of different settings which allow you to define the field mapping options for your Circa and Salesforce bidirectional sync.

Event Sync - Field Mapping
Event Info Sync is required to sync Events in Circa with Campaigns in Salesforce. During the field-mapping process, you will map Circa Basic Event Info fields directly to campaign fields within Salesforce.

Contacts Sync - Field Mapping
Contacts Sync is optional and enables you to push Contacts from Circa to your Salesforce CRM. The following fields are required to sync a Contact from Circa to Salesforce:
- First name
- Last name
When Contacts Sync is enabled and an Event is connected to a Salesforce Campaign, the synced Leads and Contacts in Salesforce will become Campaign Members. This is a crucial link in tracking Event ROI. Once a Contact is connected to an Opportunity in Salesforce it will be pushed to Circa - providing real time updates on the Sales funnel from within Circa.

Meetings Sync - Field Mapping
Meetings Sync is also optional and enables you to sync Meetings in Circa with Activities in Salesforce. Note that Meetings Sync requires Contacts Sync to run. The following fields are required to sync a Meeting from Circa to Salesforce:
- Start Date
When Meetings Sync is enabled and an Event is connected to a Salesforce Campaign, the synced Activities in Salesforce will become Campaign Activities. This is an additional crucial link in tracking Event ROI.
