Once you have set-up your Zapier integration getting your Circa Workspace connected with Slack is a snap.
Some popular trigger & action combinations are:
- Creating a New Event in Circa > Notifies a designated channel in Slack
- Event marked as Completed in Circa > Sends Planned/Actual/Paid Budget to Billing Channel
- Updating an Event in Circa > Sends a reminder to a specific channel in Slack
- New Company is added to Circa > Notifies Lead Gen channel in Slack
Once you select your combo, click 'Make a Zap!" and you'll be asked a few more details about your specific trigger and action, such as what channel in Slack you want to send send data to:

You will then be give the option to test your Zap. At any time you can go back in and select more data or delete unnecessary fields. Save your Zap and turn it on. Voilà!
